Used bookstore in the heart of Downtown Torrington CT. Howard's hosts live music, comedy, poetry, rap open mic, and community events. It's a literary hang out. American and Western horse saddles can also be purchases, repaired, and cleaned. Located in the Meara Building where Howard's shoe store used to be. John Noelke of Noelke Gallery bought the building in 2020.
