My Time with Meta Given - is a business based on the book I wrote about Meta Given. You can find the book on Amazon. Meta Given you may ask is a woman who wrote two major cookbooks, ran her own business in the 1930-40s and consulted for major packing companies out of the Chicago area. It is my intention to bring her back into history. Like so many women, Meta has been pushed into the background. Let us all celebrate Meta Hortense Given's life achievements.
