Neighborhood Reads is an independent community bookstore and gift shop located in Downtown Washington, Missouri. We offer a curated selection of general interest new books, including a large selection of children's books. Located in a renovated historic home built in 1898, Neighborhood Reads hosts weekly Saturday morning story times, author visits, special events and book clubs in our meeting room. Our mission is to keep reading a community priority. Stop in, shop local, and meet Benji, our sweet Goldendoodle! If you aren’t nearby, you can shop our inventory on our website 24/7.
