With the change of seasons, and our volunteers returning to their winter homes, we are embracing the quiet and reducing the number of days we are open. Beginning November 2023, we will open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00-4:00. Always open now are our “Little Free Libraries” scattered throughout Highlands. Locations include the Kelsey- Hutchinson Park on Pine Street; Mountain Findings on Spruce Street; Highlands Civic Center and Recreation Park on 64 E; and the Literacy Council & Learning Center at Bryson's Shopping Center.
